Lushi Architecture was founded in 2010 by three passionate young Chinese people, LU STEVEN, SHI Jonathan and WANG CINY. The three initially engaged in international trade. In 2014, Lushi Architecture entered the global construction market and launched pre-technical R&D cooperation with the China Academy of Building Research, launching a hoisting system for precast concrete buildings that meets standards, and a stainless steel connection system for Sanzhiming wall panels. With the rise of industrialized construction in China, Lushi Architecture has successively cooperated with China Broad Homes Industrial Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Binladin Group, and India's Shake Group, achieving an annual sales revenue of over 50 million RMB. In 2018, under the leadership of STEVEN LU, the technical team of Lushi Architecture continued to conduct research in the field of construction technology, successfully entered the modular decoration market, and developed the world's first dry-type floor leveling system, which is easy to install and realizes pipeline separation. Users can complete the floor leveling by themselves, which effectively solves the problems of sound insulation and moisture prevention, and facilitates secondary maintenance. In 2024, Lushi Architecture began to develop fully prefabricated mobile houses, with main products including ice fishing huts, sauna rooms, etc. We also accept customers' ideas and provide customization services, including design and production.
