Lifting anchor, flat type
Perforated flat anchor cast into the panel face, fixed to the formwork with nails.
Lifting socket
Threaded socket for bolt-on lifting, with a cross hole for a locking pin.
Lifting clutch
Reusable clutch for lifting loops and anchors; releases under load only by hand.
Lifting loop
Wire-rope loop with a pressed ferrule, cast into the panel and cut after lifting.
Wire loop box
Plastic recess box that keeps the loop clean and flush with the concrete face.
Sandwich wall connector pin
Stainless pin that ties the structural and facing wythes through the insulation.
Dry raised floor system
Developed in 2018: a dry-laid raised floor on adjustable pedestals, with a service void that stays accessible.
Prefabricated acoustic partition
Double-cavity steel-stud partition with 12 mm acoustic board on both faces: services pass through the studs, faces stay factory-finished, and the wall weighs about a third of masonry.
Worm-drive hose clamp
American-type clamp with a 1/2" band and a hardened screw; W1 to W4 grades.
Quick-release hose clamp
Spring-loaded clamp for filters and intake lines; opens and closes without tools.
Aluminium camlock couplings
Cam and groove couplings in eight body types, 1/2" to 8": a cam arm locks the joint, so hoses connect without tools.
Spherical head anchor
Spherical head cast into the panel, plain or zinc plated, in lengths from 35 to 340 mm.
Bolt anchor
Short threaded anchor for thin flat slabs: the bolt head transfers the load deep into the concrete.
Socket anchor with straight rebar
Threaded socket welded to a ribbed bar; anchorage comes from bond along the bar, for thin panels and large volumes.
Rebar coupler
Threaded coupler joining bars of the same diameter — a mechanical joint with no site welding.

Common questions
The four questions that come up in every RFQ. Anything else — send a drawing.
How do I choose between a flat anchor, a socket and a spherical head anchor?
Flat anchors (FA-T) sit in the panel face and suit thin, flat panels. Sockets (LS-M) take a bolted clutch and are cast into the edge or face for repeated lifts. Spherical head anchors (T-series) are forged, come in four load classes up to 5 t and take a ring clutch.
What is the difference between a lifting loop and a wire loop box?
The loop is the wire-rope assembly that lifts the panel and is cut off afterwards. The box is a plastic recess former that keeps the loop clean and flush with the concrete face.
Can you make a size that is not in the catalogue?
Yes — the catalogue covers standard sizes; non-standard parts are made to drawing from 500 pieces, with a sample in 7–10 days.
