Capabilities

Machining, welding, galvanising, moulding and assembly under one group of factories — with the inspection paperwork to go with it.

01Process

Five steps, no surprises.

Every custom order follows the same route. The times are the ones we plan against, not the best case.

01

Drawing review

Tolerance stack-up, material grade, lifting angle and coating are checked against the drawing. Open questions go back in writing.

First article

Sample with a dimensional report. Nothing runs in volume until you have signed it off.

Production

Batch cards travel with the parts. In-process checks every two hours, photos on request.

03Quality

Records, not promises.

Inspection is not a final gate. Each of these points has an owner, a record and a limit that cannot be waived by the sales team.

01

Batch records

Kept for five years, retrievable by order number.

02

Third-party testing

SGS / TÜV on request, at cost.

03

Written limits

If a batch does not pass, it does not ship — whatever the promised date.

04Inspection

Where we check, and what we keep.

01

Incoming steel

Mill certificate checked against the heat number, plus a spectro test on every coil.

02

In process

First article plus a patrol every two hours; dimensions logged on the batch card.

03

Coating

Thickness at five points, then 480 h neutral salt spray on a coupon per batch.

04

Load

Proof load at 3× working load on a sample from each lot, with the curve kept on file.

05

Final

AQL 1.0 visual and dimensional inspection before the carton is sealed.

05Documents

What travels with the container.

Material certificates, load-test reports, coating thickness records and the packing list are issued with the shipping documents. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — certificate 79426Q00151R0374, valid until 4 August 2029.
