Values shown are typical for the standard range. Final dimensions are confirmed on your drawing and panel design.
The Spherical head anchor is cast into the panel before the pour and becomes the interface between the crane and the concrete. It is dimensioned against panel weight, lifting angle and concrete grade, and supplied with a load-test report for the batch.
Standard parts ship from stock in Ningbo. Non-standard variants are machined to drawing, with the first article sent for approval before the batch runs.
- Batch load test at 3× working load
- Steel mill certificate with every lot
- Packing designed for sea freight
- Custom sizes from 500 pieces

Working load limits are stated for a vertical lift. For angled lifts, apply the reduction factor on the datasheet or ask for a calculation.
Set out
Position the anchor per the approved layout drawing. Check edge distance and concrete cover before fixing.
Fix to formwork
Nail or screw through the perforations. The lifting axis must be square to the panel face.
Pour and strip
Vibrate around the anchor without displacing it. Do not lift before 75% of design strength.
Lift
Use a clutch or loop rated above the panel weight. Stay within the lifting angle on the drawing.
Download the installation sheet with the order. Our engineers will review your first installation drawing at no cost.
Site safety is the contractor’s responsibility. Never exceed the stated working load or lifting angle.
